What I Love About My Holiday Home!

I know, I am so late to Karla's party. I was having a rough week (strep throat), but feeling so much better today so I thought I would join in on the party!

Welcome to my Holiday Home!

My front hall table, which is an old dresser (curbside find), is one of my favorite places to create different vignettes. This light above sparkles with crystals and glitter snowflakes.

Here is my living room tree.
This is a shot without the flash, because I don't like how it comes out with the flash. And some pics of a few of my favorite ornaments.

My beautiful angel on top of my tree was a gift from my mom. Some more Christmas decor around my living room.

This pillow is a new purchase this year from a very talented girl, Amy at CottageGateDesigns.com. She has so many beautiful handmade pieces.

This table top tree is in my dining room. I would love a tree in every room. I will have to work on that.

This white boa tree is in my daughter's room. I love the way her doll appears to be looking at it. The gorgeous pink candylights on this tree are another recent purchase from the talented Roxie at Jorabeels.com.

And last but not least, one of my cutest decorations is these snuggly snowmen. It also happens to be snowing out the window behind them, aren't they so cute?

I do love all of the decorations, but what I love most about my Holiday Home is:

  • the smell of pine
  • my kids' excitement
  • all of the great Christmas movies on tv
  • the Christmas music I play whenever I can
  • visiting with friends and family

Thanks for coming! I hope you enjoyed your stay!

All of your Christmas decor is so beautiful. I love the vignette on the hall table, and that light with the snowflakes is just gorgeous, as is the dining room tree! I Loved it all! Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful! Love your decorations!

I've been holding off posting my Christmas decor photos until Monday's Christmas Home tour hosted by BooMama.

Now I'm heading back to Karla's to see all the homes I haven't seen yet.

What fun!

Sorry you have been under the weather Dawn, but glad you are on the mend. Yes, time to slow down and take some time for you and the things you love {I figure work can always wait}

Okay, I adore snowmen so those are some of my favorites but I really love the angel on your tree top. Mine is currently bare *sigh* but hoping next year I find the "perfect" tree topper. Thanks for sharing bits of your home!
