Tropical storm Andrea warnings didn't keep us away. My honey took the day off and we traveled 3 hours in the rain to get there. So worth it!!
Gorgeous Downtown Rhinebeck, NY |
I was so happy to be there!! |
So excited to meet the talented artist Jennifer Lanne! I've been a fan of her gorgeous work for a long time. She is so sweet too! And I just love that she lives on a farm in upstate NY.
It was also so nice to see one of my favorite jewelry artists, Maryellen of Twist Style. We met many years ago at another Country Living event and I've been a fan of her work ever since. Love my new turquoise and smokey quartz earrings.
A couple of more things I picked up at the show.
A great canvas/burlap pillow slipcover from Gathered Comforts. They had some really great vintage pieces in their booth too. |
I really love my wooden spoons made from cherry wood, especially the peanut butter and jelly spoon. You can find them at Riverwood Trading Co. So when the fair sadly ended, we headed into downtown Rhinebeck and had dinner at Liberty Public House. Great food, service and such a friendly staff - highly recommend this place! |
Brisket burger with manchego and the fries served in a bucket were sprinkled with cheese and rosemary. So good! Sad to say goodbye to Rhinebeck...we will be back! Maybe as a vendor :) |

Nice post! This is what I love about vintage. It's still beautiful even if it's old. The beauty never fades. Thanks for sharing this.
