I'm a Lucky Girl!

Back in March, I spotted these gorgeous tuffets on my friend Sharon's website - C'est Chouette. I had been wanting to be owner of one of her creations for the longest time. So when I proposed the idea of buying this beautiful pair for myself to my husband, he talked me out of it. It's not easy to convince a man that the perfect pair of tuffets is a NECESSITY! These also did match the colors of my website as well.

So, I agreed with him, and then noticed the pair sold in just a couple of days and of course I was a little depressed - but Sharon promised that she would let me know when she came across a needlepoint in these colors again. And I've been waiting!

Well, Saturday was our anniversary and my husband surprised me with the exact pair of the tuffets I wanted so badly. I couldn't believe it! I didn't think he had it in him! I guess my convincing had worked. Thank you honey - I love them!

Don't you just love it when hubbies do the perfect things. They don't happen often, at least for me because my hubby is more practical in his shopping, but wow you totally lucked out. Your husband deserves a lot of praise for this anniversary!

Well~ every needlepoint has a story~ and so do these~ I found them on my romantic getaway w/my dear hubby~ came home to find I had the perfect silk and tassles just waiting~ then got them on my site just in time for you to see them and your Hubby to buy them~ I am the one who almost opened my big mouth~ but luckily your Hubby handled things perfectly. I dared to say he could not hold on to them until June but he did~ man!! I had to seal my lips many times! I am so happy you got these beauties~ I called them the perfect tufffts the minute I made them~ Perfect for you! oxo~S
