My friend Lisa of the Polkadot Pound Cake gave me one of her Blueberry Sour Cream Lemon Pound Cakes the other day when we met for lunch. My family was soooo appreciative.
It made a great summer dessert.
I sliced it up, warmed it on the grill and served with a scoop of french vanilla ice cream.
The absolute BEST pound cake we have ever had!!!
Bet it would make a great trifle too!
